Shipping Process 

Once you place your order with us, it is being immediately processed. Our orders are entirely automated. We do not process, do not craft, and do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Items Marked with our 1-2 Day Shipping Logo will be delivered to your door with in 72 hours from the time payment is made. If you have a P.O. Box shipping may take up to 3 business days longer. We try our best to ship on weekends and every morning at 5:30am. If you are able to pay before 12am EST. Chances are we will ship your item out that same day. 

We follow through to make sure that your orders are fulfilled and we ship your orders immediately when we receive them from our suppliers and manufacturers.

Most items are shipped out within 1-2 business days, unless that item is made-to-order (see individual product pages for notices). Some items have handling time. Our handling time is usually 2-3 days.

If your item has handling or crafting time, this time is not included in shipping time. Shipping time starts when we hand your package to a shipping carrier. Standard or Expedited shipping which you see on the ordering page is related to shipping time only.

You can't expedite our handling or crafting time by using expedited shipping.

International Deliveries: We ship worldwide through Global Checkout®

We deliver to over 200 countries worldwide. If you live outside of the US or Canada, not to worry. We have partnered with Global Checkout® to make international shipping simple and easy. Order Tracking: Allow at least 48 - 72 hours to receive a tracking number On Standard Shipments.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your email (please check your JUNK MAIL before emailing us about tracking numbers). Remember it can sometimes take the post office a day or two to update tracking information, so don't worry if you can't track your package right away.

What if the tracking number says the package was delivered but I never received it?

Domestic delivery becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (usually US Postal Service) once the package has has been handed by our warehouse to the shipping carrier.

We suggest contacting the US Postal Service (1-800-275-8777) and giving them your tracking number so they can locate your package. A Package Must Be scanned and tracked by every person who moves the package from the time it is received by the USPS to the time it is Delivered to the Customer. In order for a package to show delivered UPS or USPS delivery driver must physically scan the tracking # - BARCODE. Ive shipped over 50,000 Items and i've only saw a package get lots for good 1x. Chances are your Package was left on the USPS Truck or Delivered to your neighbors door. If you live in a bad neighborhood Please contact USPS 1 day before delivery and ask them to hold your item. 

All international delivery issues (besides Canada) must be handled through Global Checkout.

Please Note: we are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages by the shipping carrier. This is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. You may want to consider purchasing insurance for shipping.

Return and Exchange Policy

We understand that buying clothing online is always a risk. Will it fit right, will it match your other outfit items? Without seeing the items in person and trying them on, it can sometimes be difficult to make a decision. Thankfully, we know how it is.

If there isn't a size chart on the item, it usually means that the item size is just like normal every-day wears. If you are still are unsure in an item you would like to buy, please call or email us and we'll help you so you are confident in your purchase.

If you are unsatisfied with an item you have received, you can return or exchange your item.

Return Policy

  • We must be notified of the return within 7 days of receiving item(s) by emailing us at support@raverswag.com to receive the authorization for return.
  • Please do not return your items to us without our prior authorization. All unauthorized packages will be refused and returned back to sender.
  • If an item is damaged, we must be notified within 48 hours of receiving item(s) by emailing us at support@raverswag.com. We will replace these items or refund your payment.
  • Bulk orders are not eligible for return. Order containing more than 2 of the same items is considered a bulk order.
  • After receiving the authorization for return from us, items must be shipped to us within 48 hours.
  • Buyer must pay return shipping to ship the item back to us.
  • Please do not ship your items to us without confirming the shipping address with us. Return address you see on your package shipping label is not valid address to ship your items.
  • Items must be shipped to us with a tracking number.
  • All items must be in re-sellable condition. All items must be CLEAN, UNUSED, tags must be ATTACHED to the item, and the item must be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If the item has been used, is dirty, broken, does not have attached tag, arrived to us not in original packaging, this item will not be eligible for return and we will not be able to give you a refund.
  • Items which are not eligible for refund will be shipped back to the buyer and the buyer would have to pay for the return of items.
  • Unless the return was due to our error (i.e. we sent you the wrong product, or it is damaged), all returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping charge which you paid for your items will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Glasses and Glove Sets

Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to offer return or exchange of these items. If you receive these items damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of Delivery. You must send pictures of the damaged product and the shipping box or padded envelop. Taking a picture of your damaged item on top of the shipping label from the box it came in and uploading the picture to ADMIN@IVIBED.COM. Will Guarantee a REFUND with in 24hrs Unless you wish to receive a replacement which will would then your your replacement item ASAP We will provide a replacement or store credit for damaged items.

Feather Items, Hosiery, Leg Wraps

Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to offer return or exchange of these items. If you receive these items damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours. We will provide a replacement or store credit for damaged items.

Please note that it is natural for feather items to have loose feathers. Feather items with loose feathers are not considered damaged unless significant amount of feathers are loose.

Hydration Backpacks

Plastic covering the mouthpiece must be intact. If the plastic covering or mouthpiece on a hydration backpack has been removed or broken, this hydration backpack will not be eligible for a return. The Bladder Must be empty and dry. We want all of our customer to stay safe and healthy. Since there is no way for us to tell 100% if a bag was or was not used you must NOTIFY us prior to the item being delivered and as long as everything arrives un opened we will give you a full refund. 

Intimate Exceptions

For the protection of our customer's hygiene, intimates (panties, stockings, pasties, sex toys etc.) may NOT be tried on. If you think that these items will not fit, you must return them UNOPENED. If these items arrive to us in an open package, these items will not be eligible for return and no refund will be given. Items which are not eligible for refund will be shipped back to the buyer and the buyer would have to pay for the return of items. If Buyer does not want the original opened item back. The product will be disposed of. Thank you for understanding. 

Return and Exchange for International Customers

Exchange Policy

If you are unsure which size to buy, please contact us with your measurements. We will help you to choose the right size.

  • We must be notified of the exchange within 7 days of receiving item(s) by emailing us at ADMIN@iVibed.com to receive the authorization for exchange.
  • Please do not return your items to us without our prior authorization. All unauthorized packages will be refused and returned back to sender.
  • The item you would like to exchange must be be CLEAN, UNUSED, tags must be ATTACHED to the item, and the item must be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If the item has been used, is dirty, broken, does not have attached tag, arrived to us not in original packaging, this item will not be eligible for exchange and we will not be able to give you a refund.
  • After receiving the authorization for exchange from us, items must be shipped out to us within 48 hours.
  • Buyer must pay return shipping to ship the item back to us unless item is damaged or defective. MAKE SURE YOU CALL US IF YOUR NOT SURE ABOUT SIZES.
  • Please do not ship your items to us without confirming the shipping address with us. Return address you see on your package shipping label is not valid address to ship your items.
  • Items must be shipped to us with a tracking number.
  • Items which are not eligible for exchange will be shipped back to the buyer and the buyer would have to pay for the return of items.
  • If you would like to exchange the same item to a different size, we will attempt to make an exchange without withholding 20% restocking fee.
  • If you would like to exchange your item to another item in our store, you must first return your item per the above return policy. Upon the receipt of your item, we will issue a store credit and you will then be able to choose another item.
